This product is a carbon fiber heating element. It is low-power, energy-saving, and can be used for floors, walls, and other heating needs.
Carbon fiber heaters generate heat through the following process when voltage is applied;
• Joule Heating: Carbon fibers have inherent electrical resistance. When voltage is applied, current flows through the carbon fibers, and heat is generated due to the electrical resistance. This is in accordance with Joule's law, and heat is generated in proportion to the product of current and resistance.
• Wave Generation of Carbon Nanoparticles:
When voltage is applied, waves are generated from carbon nanoparticles.These waves vibrate moisture particles in the air, generating heat energy.
• Far Infrared Radiation Heat:
Carbon fiber heaters emit far infrared rays instead of heat heated by electric wires. Far infrared rays penetrate the interior of objects and efficiently increase their temperature. This is a safe way to transfer heat without worrying about electromagnetic waves or leakage current.
